About the Workshop

LT4CPR is the first NLP workshop dedicated to language technologies for crisis preparedness and response. The workshop aims to bridge NLP, local languages, and real-world humanitarian impact, bringing together computational linguists, crisis informatics researchers, humanitarian practitioners, and community representatives.

The workshop will feature invited talks from leading researchers in crisis informatics and humanitarian NLP, a panel discussion on strategic priorities and shared infrastructure, and a shared task on automatic situation report generation from crisis-related social media content.
